What did you guys do for your swollen feet? Mine got so bad no matter what I tried, I put them up, I rubbed them, I stayed in bed until I thought I was going crazy....nothing worked

For some women there is truely nothing you can do for them. My feet did not get to bad. My doctor said it has a lot to do with the changes in your body becuase of the baby....I looked at him and said "you think?" needless to say he stopped that conversation, he didn't want to upset an overdue mother

Husbands are great for this, make them rub from your ankles to your toes to get the blood pumping out of them. It worked for me
