What have you guys done to lose your baby wieght?

I couldn't exercise for the first months after my pregnancy because I had surgery. So once I was allowed to I started doing pilates. Once I got some strength I then started to do a dance routine in the morning and the pilates at night. I also really watch my diet! I have lost 52 pounds, I am nursing so that gives me a little advantage

I have heard that a lot where men gain weight with thier wives! Baby weight is a hard thing to get ride of, mostly because now your priority is on your kids and not you as an individual anymore

yep mine is gone now...it took hard work and dedication but i got there

I ran until I was 7 months pregnant, so I didn't gain but 15 pounds.
