What is your diet like? 3 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0  
I have had to really cut down on what I eat to help me lose weight but I don't really cut anything out of my normal diet. What do you guys do when you are dieting?

I ate a lot of asian food and sushi and I lost weight like crazy
