How often do you stop and take time for yourself?

Honestly I have not done this since I had the baby. My husband has been gone since February and I run my own business, so yes I am very busy and always have the baby with me I wish I could take a day and get away..

I rarely take time for myself but I think that is a common thing for moms now a days

Moms have to have their own time to chill and relax because, if mom is happy, everyone is happier.

It does a kid no good to have a mom who is in a bad mood all the time. But, then again, some moms are happiest when they are with their kids, so this wouldn't be an issue for them, because being away from their kids would make them unhappy.
